Continuous precision thermomagnetic treatment of ribbon wound toroidal cores of amorphous magnetic alloys in a longitudinal magnetic field.
b. Design features:
Semi-automatic conveyor. Processed products are passed sequentially one by one through a quartz tube, along which the heating zones are located.Submission of cores in the area and their extraction are performed automatically. Loading and unloading the next batch for processing is performed manually with a special device. Thermomagnetic treatment is possible in longitudinal magnetic field and without field.
c. Characteristics:
- Power supply: 220 ± 22 V AC, 50 (60) Hz, single phase. Max. Power consumption 1800 W.
- The module must be connected to a closed loop water cooling at a rate of no more than 0.08 m3.
- Standard workpiece loading/unloading rhythm is 2 ... 10 sec.
- Workpiece outer diameter: without field – 4…25 mm, iongitudinal field – 10…25 mm.
- Max. current transmitted through the rod to create a longitudinal magnetic field is 70 A.

a. Design features:
Semi-automatic conveyor. Processed products are passed sequentially one by one through a quartz tube, along which the heating zones are located. The quartz tube with heating zones is placed inside the solenoid that generates transverse magnetic field. Submission of cores in the area and their extraction are performed automatically. Loading and unloading the next batch for processing is performed manually with a special device.

- Power supply: 220 ± 22 V AC, 50 (60) Hz, single phase. Max. Power consumption 1200 W.
- The module must be connected to a closed loop water cooling at a rate of no more than 0.08 m3.

- Max. magnetic field in the center of solenoid is not less, than 1300 Oe.
